Diverse and Individualized Services

As a major provider of affordable housing and assistance, USA Veteran Construction LLC recognizes the importance of resident involvement in community issues.

For this reason we partner with the Phoenix Dream Center to provide several programs to help educate and empower residents to improve not only their own living situations, but those of the entire community.

Learn more about the specific outreach programs of the Phoenix Dream Center:

The Phoenix Dream Center (PDC) htcp://www.phxdreamcenter.org freely houses, clothes, feeds and trains approx 300 people every day of the year. many whom have made wrong decisions in life; some of their own self-will and yet many others who were placed in untenable situations through no fault of their own; these include young ladies we have rescued from human trafficing, Foster children who have aged-out of their foster home at age 18 with no place to go, men and women fresh out of prison and many who are recovering from drug addiction. No matter what the reason the only criteria is that they want a better life. In addition to helping the PDC receive grants for support this company will be dedicated to assisting in training those veterans that are getting ready to enter the work force to be trained in job safety, specific trades training and the business of being a general contractor. We currently offer free night classes on Anger Management by a certified Instructor; We are becoming certified to offer help in an area similar to PTSD; both English and Spanish classes are being taught and, of course, if any need food or clothing we are there to help them. The Construction Training will be offered without OSHA certification about the first of June 2013 with a major Grand Opening on Nov. 10, 2013, hosted by the Phoenix First Church. After this we hope to start with a minimum of 20 Veterans for our certified OSHA training and then keep repeating classes as we have a minimum of 12 Veterans.

Block Projects

Through the wonderful work of the LA Dream Center which we helped purchase and start, crime was reduced in the Rampart Police Precinct by a huge percent; so we know that a great charity that interacts with the local community has a very positive effect, therefore, the Phoenix Dream Center also conducts what they call "Adopt A Block" which simply means that a group of people from the Dream Center adopt an area where they meet every week, become acquainted with the people and their needs and help fill that need. We want this Construction Company to be a help in these efforts to improve the community

We will be working with all Veteran groups to recruit those that need and want training and we will be working with our Mayor Greg Stanton in his efforts to help Veterans.

Raising the funds to support the budget is a huge task that we need help with. All donations should be made out to the Phoenix Dream Center and designated for Veteran Training. These funds will only be used to provide subsistance to Veterans in Training.

All donations are tax deductable as allowed by law.
